This Special Deal in May 2026 Terms (the “Terms”) sets forth the terms and conditions of the special promotional offer organized by Passwork Europe S.L., a company incorporated and registered in Spain, with its office located at Carrer d’Arago, 208, 2-5, Barcelona 08011 (hereinafter referred to as “Passwork”).
1. Promotion period
The Special Deal in May 2026 Promotion (the “Promotion”) will run from May 26, 2026, through June 30, 2026, inclusive. This Promotion applies to Passwork Self-Hosted only. During the Promotion period, eligible new customers will receive special discounts on purchases of Passwork Self-Hosted licenses.
2. Promotion rules
To participate in the Promotion the following conditions must be met:
2.1 The customer must be a new customer who has not previously purchased Passwork. This Promotion does not apply to existing customers.
2.2 The customer must request an invoice between May 26, 2026, and June 30, 2026.
2.3 The minimum number of users for purchase is 10.
2.4 The maximum number of users available for purchase under this Promotion is 100.
2.5 Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
2.6 Additional subscription periods and extra features are also eligible for discounts under this Promotion.
2.7 The discount applies only to direct purchases made through Passwork Europe S.L. and does not apply to purchases made via our partners or resellers.
3. Additional provisions
3.1 All prices and discounts are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Passwork reserves the right to amend or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect confirmed and paid invoices.
3.3 Participation in the Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
